- For adoption only — no buying, selling, or trading animals
- One phone number = one account
- Individuals may adopt up to 3 pets per calendar year, with a 30-day wait between adoptions
- Personal data is stored and encrypted per our privacy policy
anihoue (the "Platform") is operated to:
- Connect people who want to adopt with pet owners or animal welfare organizations
- Facilitate adoption applications and adopter screening
- Display pet listings on a map for easier discovery
- You must be at least 18 years old
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- One phone number = one user account for the lifetime of the account
- Registration with false information automatically voids your right to use the service
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not share login credentials with others
- If you notice unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@anihoue.app
Before submitting an adoption request, the system checks basics such as:
- A signed-in email account (additional email verification may come in a later phase)
- Complete profile and application form fields
- Annual quota and cooldown rules in section 3
- Annual quota: Individuals may adopt up to 3 pets per calendar year (1 Jan – 31 Dec), counted from the approval date of each successful request
- 30-day cooldown: After a successful adoption approval, you must wait 30 days before submitting another request
- Shelter discretion: Even if you pass automated checks, shelters may reject any application
- Post-adoption follow-up: Automatic check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days after adoption; two missed responses in a row may flag your account
Posting the following may result in removal and permanent account suspension:
- False information or images of animals that are not real
- Content intended to mislead or deceive
- Sale prices, exchange values, or monetary terms for animals
- Another person's personal data without consent
- Content promoting animal cruelty
- Advertising or spam unrelated to pet adoption
- Provide accurate organization details with supporting documents (certificate of incorporation or shelter license)
- The anihoue team reviews documents within 1–3 business days
- While pending, the account cannot post listings
- Free plan: 3 active posts at no charge
- Basic (฿199/month or ~฿159/month yearly): 20 active posts + badge + boost
- Pro (฿499/month or ~฿399/month yearly): 100 active posts + push notifications + analytics
- Pay via PromptPay, credit card, or bank transfer
- Cancel anytime — no long-term contract
When subscribing to Basic or Pro you may receive a free trial per the terms shown at signup. If a payment method is on file, billing starts automatically after the trial unless you cancel at least one day before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation takes effect from the next cycle. No refunds for billing periods already started, except where required by law.
anihoue combines automated platform rules with poster/shelter discretion:
- Email sign-in — one account per email
- 3 adoptions / calendar year — counted from successful approval dates (1 Jan – 31 Dec)
- 30-day cooldown — after one approval before the next request
- Application readiness score — incomplete forms may be blocked or rejected
- Report history — repeated reports may flag or suspend accounts
- Post-adoption check-ins — at 30 / 60 / 90 days; two missed responses may flag the account
- Poster/shelter discretion — may reject any application
- We collect only data necessary to provide the service
- We do not sell user data to third parties for marketing
- Users may request to view, correct, or delete their data at any time
- Sensitive data (e.g. ID numbers) is hashed before storage
We may share data only in these cases:
- When required by law enforcement
- To prevent fraud or crime
- With shelters you apply to (only necessary information)
- With service providers (payment, hosting) under NDA

anihoue acts only as a connecting platform. We are not liable for:
- Outcomes of adoptions after both parties agree
- Accuracy of information entered by users or organizations
- Actions of third parties outside the platform
- Indirect damages from use of the platform
You may delete your account anytime via Settings or by emailing hello@anihoue.app. Personal data is deleted within 30 days (except where law requires retention).
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately without notice if we find:
- Violation of any term in this document
- Use of the platform to sell animals or commit fraud
- ≥ 5 reports within 90 days
- Use of a device linked to a banned account
anihoue may update these terms at any time. We will:
- Email registered users at least 14 days before material changes
- Show an in-app notice banner
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
