About anihoue
anihoue is a pet-adoption platform that connects adopters, individual posters, and shelters/organizations. Search, chat, apply, and track status safely β it is not a marketplace for buying or selling pets.
Individuals can search, chat, save, and adopt for free. Free plans include a small open-post quota (up to 3). Basic/Pro are optional for volunteers and shelters that need more quota, analytics, and badges.
Thailand is the primary launch market. Profiles/posts can include country where the product allows it. Profile country is set once at signup and cannot be changed later.
Individual vs Shelter accounts
Individual accounts are for people adopting or posting their own pets. Shelter/org accounts get a dashboard for listings, adoption requests, and stats, and must be approved by an admin before full access.
After org signup, admins review your details (typically 1β3 business days). You can open Profile while waiting, but posting and the Shelter dashboard stay locked until approval.
Shelter uses a mint-green chip (and a mint verified check when approved) β posts from a verified organization. Individual uses a warm peach chip and peach-tinted map pins β posts from a private person. This makes poster type obvious on the map and pet detail view.
A mint check next to a Shelter name means the organization was verified by an admin. Individual posters show an Individual chip so you can tell the account type even without an org verification badge.
Adoption
Open the app β pick a pet on the map or list β Request adoption β fill your details, address, and questionnaire β submit. The poster reviews the request and follows up in-app chat.
The picker shows up to 10 nearest pets from your map area (or around the pet you selected) so the list stays usable and local-first.
Per our terms: up to 3 successful adoptions per calendar year, with at least 30 days between adoptions.
The poster sees it in their request list, can approve or reject it, and you get notified. Continue arranging the meetup through in-app chat.
Posting pets
Tap + Post or the Post pet tab (shelters) β add photos, name, breed, health, location, and details β publish. The listing appears on the map for nearby people.
For organizations, Post pet opens the listing form. The Adoption request wizard is for personal adopters applying to take a pet home.
Boost temporarily prioritizes a listing. Basic/Pro plans include a Boost quota; when it runs out, wait for the next cycle or upgrade.
From My posts or the Shelter dashboard, mark the pet as adopted. Stats are kept and the pet is no longer offered for adoption.
Chat & safety
Meet in public places, avoid off-platform payments, and keep chat in the app. Review compatibility signals carefully β especially for person-to-person (P2P) listings.
anihoue is a matching platform, not the seller or adopter. Please read the Terms before using the service.
Pricing & billing
Basic adds posting quota, view counts, and badge benefits per plan. Pro unlocks funnel analytics, nearby alerts, and richer shelter tools. Full details are on the Pricing page.
Paid plans may include a trial shown at checkout. Cancel anytime from Profile / the billing portal; access continues until the paid period ends.
Shelter tools
Open listings, views, chats, applications, conversion rates, species mix, and top posts (full funnel on Pro). Pending requests counts only applications still awaiting review.
Approved or rejected requests are no longer pending, but they can still appear in the request history table.
